How do I find my model number?

    • Manufacturer: Char-Broil

I got a 22  bar burner, but for some reason, the flame is not really stable.  Should I block some of the holes?  or make any modification.  Issue:  Flame is not really stable. and the gas cilinder is completely full of LPG.  Thanks in advance

Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best investigate this.

What is the difference between the #5994003 22” Bar Burner ’07 and the #27847255 22” 3yr Bar Burner?

Bar burner model # 2784255 has been replaced by model # 5994003. There is not a major difference between these burners, this is just an updated version.

I want to replace my 22" Bar Burner, listed as out of stock.  Replaced by Part 5994003, 22" Burner.  Replacement does not show support brackets, dual gas lines, middle mounting area for igniter.  I am doubtful the replacement will work. Thoughts?

We apologize for the confusion. This 22" Bar Burner does have the venturi tubes and support brackets. An ignitor should attach to the center of the burner.

I currently have a 22" burner for model #4638942, but I don't see a replacement on your website. What burner should I purchase?

We apologize, but we are unable to locate the grill model number provided. Please take another look at your grill. This model number should be on the rating label, on the back towards the bottom of the grill, and also on the front cover of the product guide. The model number normally begins with 46.
