22" Bar Burner, '07 is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Burner works great! The Charbroil replacement burner was easy to install and provides a very controllable evenly distributed heat. Controlling my grill temperature is now as easy as when the grill was new.

Where and how does this burner connect to the gas feeder lines? It is not shown on the display. My existing burner is 22 inches long and has two gas feeder tubes connected to it that are 3inches apart.

Asked by: justwantsareplacementpart
This 22" bar burner has two flexible venturi tubes located in the center of the burner. These tubes will allow the burner to connect to the gas valves.

I have an older grill. Maybe 15 yrs or older. Its burners has 2 tube coming out one side of the burner connecting to the controls and gas supply. They both come out the right side facing the BBQ to cook. I cant seem to find this part anymore. Any advise?

The link takes you back to the web page for asking a question. Is there no answer yet? Cannot a photo be posted of the side of the burner where the gas infeed lines attach to the burner?

To locate the correct hose/valve/regulator assembly we need the model number for your grill. This model number should be on the rating label, on the back towards the bottom of the grill, and also on the front cover of the product guide. The model number normally begins with 46. My old grill is Model 9546.  I need a new burner and a drip vapor riser.  My existing burner is 22” long and looks like part 2784255 ($14), now 5994003 ($28). Does the replacement last longer? Is there a cast iron 22" version of 5994003?

Take a look at the Universal Bar Burner and Heat Tent Combo on our site. This is model # 1428856 and should work with your grill. With routine cleaning, the parts should last for quite some time.
