When will my order be shipped? Char-Broil orders received Monday through Friday are shipped within 48 hours on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.

Delivery Options / Shipping & Handling
Freight charges are NOT refunded unless the item was shipped to you in error.
Delivery Options Standard delivery orders are shipped via FedEx Ground service, and generally arrive in 7-10 business days. Some smaller packages may ship via USPS. For even faster delivery to US addresses, we offer express shipment by Next Day or 2nd Day delivery service on most items.
Express packages will ship anywhere in the Continental United States and charges are calculated at time of check out. All express shipments must be placed by 11:00 a.m. Eastern. Not all items are available for express delivery (such as grills, smokers, or other heavy/bulky items). Call 1-866-239-6777 for more information or if you have a question about your order.

Oversized Shipping & Truck Delivery If an item is considered oversized, the additional shipping/handling fee is listed in red on the item's information page. Please note this delivery surcharge will be included in the final shipping charge calculations.
Some items require truck delivery as indicated on the item's information page. A daytime telephone number is required for the carrier to contact you to schedule delivery. These items will be shipped curbside by freight carrier. Unloading these items from the truck is the customer's responsibility, so please plan accordingly. For any questions regarding shipping, please call a customer service representative at 1-866-239-6777 - Toll free. As stated above, shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Shipments Shipments to Canada and other international addresses will be assessed a $25.00 surcharge. The $25 surcharge is to recover a portion of the high cost of customs and taxes, where applicable, imposed on all products shipped from the U.S. into other countries.
