Ingredients:

1/4 c kosher salt
|
|
1/2 tbsp coarsely ground pepper
|
|
1/1 tbsp ground coriander
|
|
1/3 tbsp ground cumin
|
|
1/2 tbsp paprika
|
|
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
|
|
1/2 tbsp chili powder
|
|
1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
|
|
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
|
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well to blend. Store in an airtight jar away from heat or light. The rub will keep for up to 6 months.
