Very Poor OptionLast year the plastic knob that is used to tighten the regulator to the propane tank rotted and broke off. The only solution offered by CB was to purchase the entire regulator hose assembly. I only needed the first section that could have easily included the regulator if needed. I cannot see why I had to spend 115.00 on this part when I only needed the first 20 %. Upon arrival I disconnected the part I needed and attached it to my grill and it works well.
My main knob would not even turn so I cannot get my grill to ignite, can this part be bypassed as I do not have any use for or have ever used the timed auto clean feature and I notice on all of your newer grills this main knob is no longer even an option?

DustinR, I have the same problem. When I tried to ignite grill, it didn't start. I thought tank was empty, but after replacing with a full tank, it still didn't ignite. All other parts on unit are good, it is just the main switch that is not allowing gas through the line.

Hose Valve Regulator Assembly, MODEL #G520-P900-W1. I have one (1) valve, the far left valve, that will not open, seems to be "locked" in place. The other three (3) are O.K. Can I get parts to repair that one (1) valve?

The plastic knob used to tighten the pressure regulator to the broke. Is it possible to replace just this part ? I am hoping not to have to pay 140. There is nothing wrong with the remaining assembly
