INGREDIENTS

½ cup honey
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
2 limes, juice and zest
¼ cup chopped fresh mint
2 cups crème fraiche

An Assortment of Your Favorite Fruits to Grill: 
Fresh Pineapple, Assorted Pears, Peaches, Watermelon

An assortment of Your Favorite Fruits for Garnish:
Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries

1.  In a large baking dish, combine the honey, lime juice, lime zest, and Grand Marnier.  Add the desired fruit selections to be grilled, slice into chunks and marinate for up to 2 hours. 
2.  Prepare the grill to medium-high.  Remove the fruit from the marinade, reserving the marinade.  Grill the fruit until it has golden color, about 3 minutes per side. 
3.  Remove the fruit from the grill and place in a large serving platter.  Garnish with blackberries, raspberries or blueberries, if desired.  Spoon the reserved marinade over all the fruit, and garnish with the chopped fresh mint and crème fraiche.
