Ingredients:
5 parts garlic salt
1 part cayenne
2 part cumin
2 part chili powder
2 part paprika
2 part black pepper
2 part curry powder
Pre-Game Night Soak
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
2 tbsp Garlic juice
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Tip: Use full sized drum sticks and wings. Don't mess around with those little things. This recipe is good for 24 drumsticks or wings.
Put chicken into a plastic container, add Pre-Game Soak Ingredients and enough cold water to cover. Place in to refrigerator overnight and take to the game with you. When ready to cook remove individual pieces from soak, dry with a paper towel and coat as directed with the dry Ingredients.
1. Place dry Ingredients into a plastic bag and shake until well mixed.
2. Pour into a large shaker with large holes and a cove. This will allow you to keep this tasty treat for other items you are cooking. It is great on ribs, burgers, and things like that. I usually make a large batch of the dry spice so I have a bunch on hand. It keeps very well in the plastic bag.
3.Place chicken on grill and sprinkle dry ingredeint combination liberally on all sides. Cook on medium heat if possible. Have a spray bottle of water handy and mist chicken to keep moist while cooking.
4.Add dry spices as often as you want to coat the chicken.
5.Cook until done and enjoy.
No muss no fuss.
