Ingredients:

1/4 c kosher salt
1/2 tbsp coarsely ground pepper
1/1 tbsp ground coriander
1/3 tbsp ground cumin
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 c packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Combine all Ingredients in a bowl and stir well to blend. Store in an airtight jar away from heat or light. The rub will keep for up to 6 months.
