1 lb Chinese Green Beans
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 Tb Black vinegar
Black pepper to taste
1 TB basil
½ tp Minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ Red Onion (cut into medium slices)
1 red bell pepper (cut in large strips)
1 yellow bell pepper (cut in large strips)
¼ cup sun dried
Salt to taste

Celebrity Chef Marvin Woods is garnering many accolades with his New American cooking at his restaurant M Woods in North Miami, "The Upper East Side" of the south. Chef Woods, a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts, hosts his popular television show Home Plate on Turner South Network six days a week. He has also been featured on CBS The Today Show, CNN, Discovery Channel, O Magazine, Southern Living, Food & Wine, and has authored two cookbooks.
Preheat the grill to medium.
Blanch green beans in boiling water for about 3 minutes. You don’t want to over cook the green beans. Remove from water and shock in ice cold water. In a bowl place olive oil, vinegar, basil, garlic, cumin black pepper and salt. Place onions, yellow and red peppers and green beans in the bowl and toss in the marinade.
Shake off the excess oil and place the vegetable on the grill. Roll vegetables over the grill to pick up the marks and to pick up some grill flavor. Add the sun dried tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
