Grilled Pineapple and Banana Salad with Caramel Drizzle

INGREDIENTS

2 Fresh Pineapple cut into large slices
2 Bananas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
½ cup granulate sugar
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup crème fraicheGarnish with
Raspberries, Blueberries
1 cup toasted almonds

DIRECTIONS

Celebrity Chef Marvin Woods is garnering many accolades with his New American cooking at his restaurant M Woods in North Miami, "The Upper East Side" of the south. Chef Woods, a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts, hosts his popular television show Home Plate on Turner South Network six days a week. He has also been featured on CBS The Today Show, CNN, Discovery Channel, O Magazine, Southern Living, Food & Wine, and has authored two cookbooks.
Because of the Bananas you want to prepare this dish and then serve it
 

Preheat Grill to medium high heat
1.  Place pineapple and bananas in a bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and light brown sugar over the fruit. Place fruit on the grill and allow to cook for a minute or two to gain a good grill marking on each side.
2.    Remove pineapple and bananas from the grill and place in a container. Let fruit cool
3. In a sauce pan place sugar over medium heat with a touch of water. Allow sugar to begin to caramelize in color.
4. Pour in cream and stir in crème fraciche                                                                                                                         5. Place on a plate or bowl and garnish with raspberries, blueberries and toasted almonds. 
6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top
