1 lb pork tenderloin 3 Tbsp apricot preserves 1/4 cup stone ground or Dijon style mustard
PreparationSeason tenderloin with salt and pepper. Stir together the preserves and mustard in a small bowl.
MethodPre-heat grill to Medium-HighSpritz pork tenderloin with canola or other high temperature grilling oilPlace pork directly over heat and grill for about 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160G degrees brushing with mustard mixture in the last few minutes.
