INGREDIENTS
4 pork blade steaks, 1 to 1 ¼ inches thick
½ cup bottled barbeque sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. prepared mustard
DIRECTIONS
Create a culinary masterpiece with this simple, honey-kissed pork recipe.
Preparation
Dry pork steaks with paper towel, spritz with canola oil prior to grilling
Meanwhile, stir together other ingredients in a small bowl.
Method
Place steaks on grill about 4 inches above medium- slow coals.
Cook about 4 - 6 minutes on each side or until sear marks appear, turn using tongs.
When steaks are seared on both sides, remove to a holding pan away from direct heat - I use a disposable aluminum pan on the warming rack
Brush pork steaks with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more or until the internal temperature is above 150F degrees or to personal taste.
