2 1/2 pounds chicken parts 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 1/2 cup white wine vinegar 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 orange zest, removed with grater, orange slices reserved for salad
PreparationRemove chicken from package and rinse in tepid water, dry off with paper towels.In medium bowl, mix together all barbecue ingredients until smooth.
MethodPre-heat a clean grill to Medium-High (350F – 450F degrees) Reduce heat to LOW on the other side. Place chicken pieces on grill over Low skin-side-down for about cook 15 minutes. Turn chicken and cook for 10 additional minutes. Brush chicken pieces with sauce and turn occasionally; cooking for additional 10 minutes.If you like a crispy glaze, the final turn before removing from heat can be on the Medium-High side of the grill.
