INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup dry garlic powder
1/8 cup coarse kosher salt
1/8 cup dry ginger
1/8 cup dry Chinese style mustard
3 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1 Tbsp cumin powder
1/2 Tbsp curry powder

DIRECTIONS


1. Put all dry Ingredients into a bowl and use a wire whisk to mix thoroughly.
2. Pour the dry rub mixture into a clean, dry jar and seal the lid tight.
3. Use a dusting (2 -3 Tbsp) of the rub on each surface of the meat you will be grilling, smoking or barbecuing and rub the mixture into the meat.
4. Store remaining rub with other spices away from light and heat.
