INGREDIENTS

2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 Tbsp paprika
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Dash of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

This is a very good rub for any food you want to smoke or slow cook barbecue.  Pork, Beef, Fish, Chicken, Turkey etc. are all enhanced if you like a sweet & savory taste.  Not recommended for direct heat cooking on the infrared grill.

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl using a whisk to combine.

Use immediately or store in air-tight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
