1 c. brown sugar 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained and reserve 1/4 c. syrup 2 T. lemon juice 2 T. prepared mustard 1/2 T. salt
PreparationCombine all ingredients in food processor or blendor until emulsified.
MethodBrush chicken with glaze during last 5 - 10 minutes of grilling - and finish away from direct heat to prevent sugar in pineapple from burning.
Serve extra glaze with chicken
