2 Tbsp clarified butter 1/2 fresh lemon - juiced 2 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil 1 - 2 cloves crushed garlic 1/4 tsp lemon zest
Use this simple sauce to finish a steak or other cut of meat.
Combine the ingredients in saucepan.
Heat on low and brush on meat during final minutes of grilling and drizzle over meat on the serving plate.
