INGREDIENTS

2 1/3 cups fresh cranberries (about 8 ounces)
1/4 cup prepared horseradish, well drained
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

Combine Ingredients in food processor. Pulse until cranberries are well chopped. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. (This may be prepared up to 4 days ahead and held refrigerated and covered.)
