INGREDIENTS

1 cup Hellmann's ® or Best Foods ® Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup apricot preserves*
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
8 large uncooked shrimp - tail on

DIRECTIONS

Preparation
Clean shrimp as necessary – rinse in cool water and dry thoroughly
Combine first 6 ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup. 
Brush kabobs with remaining sauce. 

 

Method
Pre-heat grill to Medium
Grill until shrimp until the shells turn pink and shrimp meat is opaque
Serve with reserved sauce.
