COOKING METHOD: Grilling

INGREDIENTS

3 pound small red potatoes, skinned (you may leave skin on if desired)
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 c. chopped green onions
1 T. olive oil
1 T. chopped parsley
3 T. grated Parmesan
Dash black pepper and salt

DIRECTIONS

Perparation
Par-Boil potatoes until just barely fork tender, then drain and cool.
Cut potatoes in half and toss with half of the olive oil.

 

Method
Pre-heat grill to Medium
Grill potatoes over direct heat, turning with tongs, for 5 minutes or until browned.
Place grilled potatoes in a large bowl. 
Add the remaining olive oil and all other ingredients and toss.
