INGREDIENTS

6 ears of corn
husks on

DIRECTIONS

Wash and clean corn by removing extraneous husks and silk, (but do not remove the majority of the husk) on each ear
Soak the corn in water for between 10 - 30 minutes
Remove from water and tie husks in place with string, place corn in the cooking basket
Add the Easy-Out Hanging Rack and add more corn

-or-

Use the hanging basket to place above meat and place only corn in it.
Corn will cook along with your meal and is done in from 20 - 60 minutes, depending upon your taste.

-or-

Lean the corn together with bottoms in the outer corner of the cooking basket and tops in the in the center to form a Teepee.  
Cook until done to taste
