Arthur's Grilled Chicken Mole

This is a simple meal to make on a week night. I generally cook over charcoal but it can easily be prepared on a gas grill. The total preparation and cooking time is right about 2 hours, so I caution against starting too late in the evening. We have many family recipes for making our own mole (and there are plenty on the internet) but we also use a prepared mole sauce found on the Mexican foods section of most larger grocery stores - Doña Maria mole.
