Rated 4 out of 5 by from fits good I think they are good, i actually bought it for a totally other grill so i had to go by the pictures but it fits. The only thing I would ask if the products on line were more descriptive other than that great. Oh yeah also if returns could be a little more expedient and with more communication.

My Patio Bistro only reaches about 150° C > 300°F. You can give me any hint why? What can i do?

    Asked by: guenter54
We're sorry to hear this. Is your Patio Bistro facing directly into the wind or has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

Can I retro fit a burner to an electric bistro grill

    Asked by: Frankk
We would not recommend modifying any of our units with a non model specific part. Our grills are tested and certified for use with the model specific parts found in its respective parts list. We would only recommend using the heating element that was tested and intended for use with your unit.
