Charcoal Manager

$17.99
Size 13.12"W x 1.63"L x 1.54"H

A charcoal manager is a great way to keep your coals in line. The circular pattern allows you to position coals for direct heat and indirect heat. If you want half of your grill hotter, just stack the coals on one side. Try three different patterns. The compactness of the manager keeps the coals burning longer and hotter too.

Would it be better to use regular charcoal briquettes or the"match light"?  Or does it not matter?

Asked by: lalyerly
We recommend using standard charcoal briquettes.

You state this product is made of "aluminized steel".  OK - I Google that to see what that is. Sounds great in theory but a few small scratches in the aluminum coating will result in a rusted out "Charcoal Manager".  Out of room too soon?  Really?????????

How is the charcoal supposed to burn when their are no air holes except in the very center of the pan. What is the material? How thick is the material? Burning charcoal can exceed 500 degrees which might be enough to melt this pan.

The top of this Charcoal Manager is open and allows for tons of airflow. This accessory is made of aluminized steel and will easily handle charcoal temperatures. Please follow this link for a video showing the Charcoal Manager in action... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlRiZa9BPyQ

I am confused with the dimensions. Since it is round, shouldn't there be a diameter and depth specified? Amazon has 8"X8"X8" but shows a circular pan that is not 8" deep. You specify a width and height of 13.12" and a depth of 1.63".

Asked by: gthomas15229
The outer diameter for this Charcoal Manager is 13.12” and the height is 1.54”. The inner wall has a diameter of 4.01” and a height of 1.46”.
