Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Thermometer for short term use I bought this about a year ago and it worked really well at first. After a few months it started shutting itself off. You have to take the cover off and jiggle the connectors inside to get it working again but it is inexpensive so get more than one and you'll be better off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Is it done yet? It works as advertised ... It's become my go to thermometer (I have three)! The only problem is with the holder ... It's not good at all! The clip that holds the thermometer in broke the first time I used it.
