    i just buy my comercial tru gril whit 4 burners and side burner. when i try to used for the first time i noticed that the ignition boton is not working i press the botom but notingh happen new battery

    I have replaced the ignition module but grill still has no spark. Is it wiring from starter button to ignitor or does starter button need to be replaced?

    I replaced the AA battery for the electronic starter in my TRU model 463251413 but it still will not work.    Should I replace the part that the battery connects to?

    My grill is about a year old.  The ignition failed.  Replaced dead battery  Still no ignition. The switch does not click  Appears to be the switch.  How do I get one Grill lites manually with a match.

    2 burner model# 463246910. The plastic cap has broken off the igniter button. With difficulty I can still get the small button to depress and it will light. Is that push button assembly available, or will I have to replace everything?

    I bought model 463241013 about 3 yrs ago. I used it about once per month. So far both temp gages & the ignitor have failed. The emitter has started rusting thru & one of the cooking grates has broken (still useable). Am I better off to buy a new grill
