    • Manufacturer: Char-Broil
Firebox is rated 1.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Char Broil declines This is only my 2nd season with this grill! Model# 463441312. I have been using CharBroil over 25 years & this is by far the WORST product to date. The entire bottom of the firebox is rusted out!! This is not covered under warranty after 1 year! I find the quality no longer exists! I'll go back to using my 15 year old CharBroil, the cast iron ( as it should be) I DO NOT recommend this unit!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from do not recommend have had a grill for 2 years and the galvanized bottom part of the housing unit is rusted out. we keep it covered with the Char Broil brand cover. and clean it out after every use. after reading reviews seems like I am NOT the only one with the same exact problems.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from very poor design idea not happy at all, bottom of the firebox is absolutely worthless, what really is sad is that you have to buy a whole new firebox to replace the bottom panel. I feel that this issue should be taken care of with a piece of sheetmetal and some self tappers made available

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor poor quality of tray firebox bottom We have had this grill for less than 5 years. Had to buy new grill grates this year, but the exterior of the unit is perfect. We cover it all the time; we try to take really good care of it. But I just discovered that the entire bottom tray is totally rusted out, disintegrated. I could not understand how this happened till I see others have the same issue. I guess if I want to repair it I need to buy an entire new firebox. Better to buy a new grill if I can find one this time of year. Poor poor product!

Does this include the galvanized tray that sits below the firebox and doesn't appear on the parts list?  This tray has an opening for the grease cup and catches what falls from the firebox.

yes the galvanized Trey says its full of the firebox is actually riveted on so it would be impossible to place without buying the whole housing units
