Easy assemblyMy grill is 6 years old and fire box rusted out. So we figured just get a new box because the rest of the grill is still in good shape. No sense to buy a new grill. Installed easily everything is just bolted together. Gave other parts a touch up with black enamel paint and whole thing looks new again.

Not impressedWould not purchase char broil again. Product is cheap, it all rusts and deteriorates even with cover when not in use. Firebox was not fun to replace

Difficult to replaceThis part is very difficult to replace. It would be much easier to replace just the bottom plate if it was available as a separate part.

Good replacement Fire boxI had th replace my old fire box after 6 years of work. Rather than buy a new bbq I order only the Fire box. The installation took 2 hours because ate are about 20 screws I needed to replace. You need to be a handy man because you basically need to disasseme both side tables while installing the main fire box.
Please provide us with the model number of your grill so that we can best assist. This model number should be on the rating label, on the back towards the bottom of the grill, and also on the front cover of the product guide. The model number normally begins with 46. I have a removable pan on Model 463420510 and need to replace that since it rusted. I can't find that part separate....please help, I don't want the entire firebox

Are you needing the grease cup? This part hangs below your firebox by the grease cup clip. There is not a removable pan inside the firebox. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 or follow this link (http://ow.ly/SktNu) to create a case with us and we can accept images of your grill so that we can investigate this.
