Gourmet Series™ 3 Burner Gas Grill is rated 4.1753 out of 5 by 154.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great a I loved the grill at first; controlled cooking with great grill marks and no flare ups. By the third summer of grilling I had to replace the pan due to burn thru holes. I also noticed the flames were shooting out thru burn thru slits of the burners and not the perforated holes. This led to uneven cooking, and wasted gas. I tried to remove the old burners to possibly replace them, but the corroded screws went right thru the corroded connecting base so I didn't order new burners. I always covered the grill when it wasn't in use. I always recommended the grill when I first bought it. Now I don't and am looking to replace it with a grill that is a little more reliable and last more than a few years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Pleased The first Char-Broil product I bought was the Big Easy. I can't say enough great things about. Then when I needed a new grill, it only made sense to the an IR grill. So I happened to be in my local home improvement store and saw the Char-Broil IR series. I ended up with the Char-Broil 3 burner IR grill (Gourmet version). I am very happy with the way it cooks. Uses less gas than my last grill and very easy to clean up. Definitely recommend!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great home grill I bought the grill before Memorial Day. I shopped around for about a week and settled on Char-Broil for its positive reviews online and the fact I could get 3 burners and a side burner for the same price as a competing brand's 2 burner (and no side burner). I set it up myself and while I (and the instructions) recommend having at least two people work on it due to weight, assembly really wasn't that difficult. Ignition is a breeze and it heats up quickly. I find cooking to be easy as well and the food remains juicy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOOKS GREAT,COOKS EVEN BETTER After looking at a number of grills by different manufactureres, we decided on the Char-Broil Infrared. I thought it matched up best with the way I have been used to grilling. I have not been disappointed. The very first time I fired it up the food was cooked just exactly the way I wanted. The best part, though, is that it has been even better as I learned how to really use it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from good grill, could be a great grill if.... I love the grill. I use it in the blazing sun or the blowing snow and it has never failed me. The temperature remains fairly consistent inside the fire box if your quick enough. My only issue is that the due to the heat, even after we only had the grill a month or 2, the trough warped. I take the grills and the trough out to clean and re-coat after 3 or 4 uses and push the trough back into shape. I would like to see a 3rd leg in the middle of the trough to make the piece more durable. It would seem, having read the reviews, that is the main issue with this grill.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't last! The first to go was the electronic ignition within less than 10 uses. Then within 18 months the trough firebox and cooking grates began rusting, even after cleaning both as per the instructions. Within two years the BBQ is no longer usable. I was offered 10% off replacement parts but that would still cost me $146 plus tax and shipping every 18 months.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive to Maintain! I bought this grill in May 2013 and although I love the Infra Red cooking, I have had to replace the ignitor switch 3 times and it still doesn't work. The control panel gets so hot that it melts the knobs (on my third set) and now have to replace the hose/regulator. Hoping that solves the problem?! Also have surface rust on the "stainless steel" lid. This grill is not holding up well.

Gourmet series 3 burner Grill. Will the 24 inch rotisserie option fit the 3 burner grill? and is this the same grill being sold at Lowes?   burner. Is the one at LOWES infrared as well.

Asked by: PepperG
Are you referring to the Universal Rotisserie (model # 9468102)? This rotisserie has a support base at one side and does not need to stretch across the entire firebox. This rotisserie will work with your grill. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

With the gormet three burner grill, can one of the two shelves be removed and used without, specifically the left shelf (with built in side burner) to reduce size?

Asked by: Scott t
We do not recommend removing either side shelf. This Gourmet 3-Burner Grill should always be fully assembled when it is used.

Have the 3 burner gourmet model. Tired of propane tanks, and have a propane stub on patio of our newly built house. Can I connect to that? Maintain use of regulator on grill gas hose?

Asked by: Applesause
No. This Gourmet 3-Burner Gas Grill can be converted to natural gas, but the only propane source that it can used with is a twenty pound tank.
