Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product!!!!!! :) :) I recently purchased this item! I love to be a make believe chef! Being handicapped with much mobility problems I try anything to keep up with the so called real chefs! LOL! Three days after it arrived I gave it a try! Cooked/Smoked 4 chix breasts for four of us! Infused an smke!!!!! Wow! A used the smoked chips ordered with (Cherry, mesquite, tobassco) a bit of each! In the pan, I placed a marginal fill of brandy. water and wine on the bottom (below the grill inside the pan itself)! Above on the grill pan I layerd the chips in a mix! I placed the covered pan right on top of the chips and of course covered the pan. I left it to be, going back to check on the chix at random (approximately every 15/20 minutes with a temperature gauge! When it reached right temp! Oh my! All sidings were complete! And, I became a chef! LOL! Oh! I did not remove skins from the chix! Those who consume can do that! Love it And i looking for a larger one for a large company for dinner! As far as cleaning! Was a piece of cake! If i cant find a larger model i buy 2 or 3 mor of these! YES! I can chef! LOL TYVVM! And I can not wait to try my salmon or any item (vegies/meats/fish!) with it's use! Be artistic when you use it and you will love or just be you!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product. I have used the infuser twice now and have been very pleased with the results. I used the recipe for smoked pork roast with apple onion compote both times. I will make this again. I will try the chicken recipe next time. I wish that charbroil would make a larger version of this product so I can try to smoke a Thanksgiving turkey.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely LOVE this product a must have for grilling!!!! Makes the juiciest roast chickens I have ever made both inside an oven and out on a grill, have done rump roasts as well. Can't wait to try out other foods like chuck roasts, hams and anything else I can think of. Even use it in the oven for roasted pork chops. Need a bigger one for turkeys!!!

When using a bbq grill is it necessary to close the BBQ grill  lid when using the Infusion Cooker? I noticed in an earlier post you mention the electric patio grill was too small. Is this because it's lid is too shallow?

Asked by: DKJensen
The lid on the Patio Bistro is too shallow to allow the Grill Infusion Cooker to fit. We recommend keeping the lid closed when using this accessory.

I have the electric char-broil tru infrared grill. can I use the char-broil flavor chamber smoker and infuser, item # 9999850?

Asked by: louise ferrara
Are you wanting to use this Grill Infusion Cooker with an Electric Patio Bistro? We apologize, but this accessory is too tall to be used with an Electric Patio Bistro. However, wood chips can be placed directly on the cooking grate to get extra flavor.
