Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome wife bought this for me and it has cooked everything I've thrown at it perfectly.Tried a 4lb pork roast the first time with some wood chips and a cup of beer in the bottom and wow it was juicy and delicious.Cuts of beef and chicken are equally great.A must for my infrared grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than rotisserie I purchased this at Lowes a couple months back. I use it now more than any other way to cook outdoors. It actually cooks whole chicken better than a rotisserie. Everything I have cooked with it comes out tender and moist and the taste of the seasoning and wood smoke together are totally infused throughout the piece of meat. We love it, my wife says the chickens I have cooked with it are the best chicken she has ever eaten. I highly recommend this infuser. It is easy to clean and well constructed also. I like that it is so easy to carry into the house from the smoker/grille, with oven mitts of course. When we are done we put it in the dishwasher, comes out clean as a whistle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best BBQ Accessory I purchased the infusion cooker when I purchase my BBQ about a year ago. People often asked me where I got the cooker but could never find it in the store again. I finally looked online and placed an order for two more cookers. My wife and I love to cook a whole chicken on the cooker, heat the BBQ to high, place the chicken on the grill for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to mid range (400 degrees). From start to finish it takes about an hour. (I look for the temperature of the chicken to reach 165-170 degrees) The chicken comes out moist and easy to carve. A number of friends have asked where to get the cooker but we could never find them again in the store so ordered 2 more online. Although I normally wash the cooker by hand I did notice that it is dishwater safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product...!!!!!!!!! Great customer service. Grills arrived on schedule and on first day of cooking chicken I discovered the infusion grill be to incredible. Chicken was moist and tendered, and I can boldly state, best chicken I have ever cooked on BBQ, much better than store purchased bbq chicken. I used the smoker feature and rub from Emil's cookbook. Instruction were explicit and exact. Fortunately I purchase 2 infusion grills, because, frankly the container size of the infusion grill is too small, a 3-4 pound chicken filled the capacity. And cooking for a larger group, this size of infusion grill is way too small. My suggestion to new product development at Char Broil is designed and market an infusion grill with much larger dimensions, at least double the existing width and length. As it is now designed it would be impossible to use a duck or goose or larger cut of meat. As with other accessories from Char Broil the infusion grill is A++++++

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I used my infuser for the first time yesterday and made 2 pork loins, OMG. We used cherry wood chips and was it wonderful. Right now I have a chicken cooking and it looks wonderful. We ordered 3 more infusers today so we can make multiple items at the same time. This is a must have for any grill and the best parts is, when you are done there is no mess on the grill, only need to clean the infuser.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing chicken I used mine for the first time and roasted a whole chicken. I used hickory and apple wood chip for the smoke flavor. Seasoned with a simple commercial chicken rub. A bird of about 4.5 pounds was done to perfection in just under an hour. Simply fantastic. And SO easy! I can see myself using this often with many types of meat and veggies. Great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This roaster is awesome!! I bought mine last summer and have used it both one the LNG Grill and in my home oven. It works so great that I posted photos on FaceBook plus sent photos with a description of how fantastic it is to Chef Emeril Lagasse when he sent me a Prime Rib Roast marinade recipe.

For the Infusion Cooker, can you place any of the other two insert pieces directly onto the grates of your grill? Thank you

Asked by: New Grill 2
All of the pieces of the Infusion Cooker should be used together. We do not recommend using the pieces individually.

Is this roaster two pieces so that the fat drains to a bottom pan? Also, when smoking, where would you put the wood chips?

Asked by: chinaman
This accessory is made up of three pieces. Wood chips can be placed in the bottom of the Infusion Cooker to add a smoky flavor. Follow this link for a video on this Infusion Cooker.
