Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome wife bought this for me and it has cooked everything I've thrown at it perfectly.Tried a 4lb pork roast the first time with some wood chips and a cup of beer in the bottom and wow it was juicy and delicious.Cuts of beef and chicken are equally great.A must for my infrared grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best BBQ Accessory I purchased the infusion cooker when I purchase my BBQ about a year ago. People often asked me where I got the cooker but could never find it in the store again. I finally looked online and placed an order for two more cookers. My wife and I love to cook a whole chicken on the cooker, heat the BBQ to high, place the chicken on the grill for 15 minutes then lower the temperature to mid range (400 degrees). From start to finish it takes about an hour. (I look for the temperature of the chicken to reach 165-170 degrees) The chicken comes out moist and easy to carve. A number of friends have asked where to get the cooker but we could never find them again in the store so ordered 2 more online. Although I normally wash the cooker by hand I did notice that it is dishwater safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than rotisserie I purchased this at Lowes a couple months back. I use it now more than any other way to cook outdoors. It actually cooks whole chicken better than a rotisserie. Everything I have cooked with it comes out tender and moist and the taste of the seasoning and wood smoke together are totally infused throughout the piece of meat. We love it, my wife says the chickens I have cooked with it are the best chicken she has ever eaten. I highly recommend this infuser. It is easy to clean and well constructed also. I like that it is so easy to carry into the house from the smoker/grille, with oven mitts of course. When we are done we put it in the dishwasher, comes out clean as a whistle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing chicken I used mine for the first time and roasted a whole chicken. I used hickory and apple wood chip for the smoke flavor. Seasoned with a simple commercial chicken rub. A bird of about 4.5 pounds was done to perfection in just under an hour. Simply fantastic. And SO easy! I can see myself using this often with many types of meat and veggies. Great product.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works pretty well So far I'm happy that I purchased this, however you really need to offer more recipes and better instructions. I recently tried doing shrimp with some vegetables based on on of your recipes and the input in the forum, and the shrimp was done, but the veggies weren't. It needs to be clearer regarding cooking times and temperatures. The theory is wonderful

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New owner, but appears to be an excellent value. Was leary of "infrared system," but after using it, am very satisfied. Lights very easy, cooks fast, and no flame-up like with traditional gas grills. I don't need my water bottle anymore to put out the flames... One more positive -- the location of the propane tank. Check the You Tube videos on this grill. They are very helpful. I have two concerns. The first is that, while each burner shows a temp gauge, the gauges are really useless except to tell you that they are hot. The grill needs a temp gauge in the lid to give you a true cooking temperature reading. The second is that it is difficult to tell how much propane is in the tank because of the location of the tank.
