Can I oil the pan interior to flavor vegetables? And if the oil bakes on how do I clean it? Is it ok to use an SOS pad or steel wool for cleaning?

Asked by: Grill Aunty
Yes. The grill pan can be oiled. To best clean we recommend using a nylon brush . An SOS pad or steel wool could chip the porcelain on this pan.
