Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Grill Luv this grill ! Compact and easy to load up. Bought it for our pontoon boat, but take it on our camping trips also. The coolers on the bottom keep everything you need at the grill. I use 1 of them to store the gas tank and spares. Took it las trip to Don Pedro Island and cooked for 2 adults. Plenty of room, cooks great and easy to clean up. Now our friends want one ,too...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flaws to be aware of... Finding a few flaws with the Grill. First off, the wide portion of the grill between the wheels is not made for rough terrain. For example campsite with sticks or tire tracks in the ground rocky driveways, uneven patio-pavers etc. The bottom of the grill will catch those and "bottom out" I feel like the wheels should have been on the skinnier side of the grill, like a conventional grill which would also help with smaller doors and gates. Another item of concern I have: there is no backstop to keep the food from falling off. You go to flip a burger and the grate level, is the same level with the top of the grill. with the lid fully open there is a gap where food will fall down. The lid grease will also drop down on top of the coolers, so you should remove these before grilling. The latch is also not well built and "Flimsy" in my words. Could have been better design. Also the popup and down of the grill. My left side gets stuck and the red button does not release the catch inside the handle mechanism. I am working with the Charbroil for a replacement. The smoking reviews are accurate. As far as the cooking goes, infrared is amazing, but there will be smoke for sure. I keep it on low and even still, lots of smoke, but food is flavorful because of this. I also got the griddle accessory but again, no edges. Pancake batter will run of the sides, eggs will run. I feel there should have been a lip for griddle cooking. I can live with it, but was not what I was expecting. Again, cooking part is fine, usefulness of the grill2go convenience can be irritating at times.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from portable gas grill Arrived damaged. 1lb tanks dont last. Less then 1 year old and falling apart. But it does cook the meat really well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall average The wheels are too small. Unless pulling it on a paved surface it constantly bottoms out. Considering I am never on a paved surface, this has been a constant annoyance. One side is broken and will not go down, thus it is no longer' small and tucked away' when not in use. The small burners don't last long, but generally long enough for what we do. I haven't looked into the attachment for a typical gas grill tank, but I am unlikely to want to drag a big tank around. Despite the few flaws, it is really nice to have and use for beach outings or gathering where no one can bring a full sized grill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the size and large cooking area I purchased this grille for a small patio area and was surprised by the grilling space. It was extremely easy to assembly and their customer service line was extremely knowledgeable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor design This is very poor. Grill would only stay lite for 10 minutes. Food taste like smoked instead of grilled. Used the griddle 1 time and did nothing but fight a grease fire. Had to use a pan and then the grill went out when we thought it was going yet. Does not heat up fast, and then once you open the lid you loose all the heat. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!!!!!! Only used it 1 time and hate it. Waste of money. When it came the pan and lid had chips all over it, but got replaced. The regulator is not a screw in mount but a removable mount and moves around a lot. For the price and performance I should have bought something else. Waste of money!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great little grill for small places and picniks I love the grill. I have had one for about 4 years and it's great to cook on. The only draw back is the trough rusting out . I have replaced it three times in the 4 years. It would be great if it were made of stainless steel like the inner tub of the Big Easy. Have no issues at all with rust on that one. Any chance of coming out with a replacement trough made of stainless steel?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just got it this week!! I had the old fire and ice which has been discontinued :( I received the new one this week, as I was putting it together a screw popped off of it from the left side. This grill is not very sturdy once in the full upright position. As far cooking I have not used it yet. I am not liking the soft cooler bags. The drip tray is just above the flames which could have the grill smoking a lot. The wheels are to small. There is no thermostat to let you know how hot the grill is. No bottle opener. No lever to let you know if the grill is on even ground. I am not liking this grill but will give a a chance.

I'm having an inconvenient with this Grill2Go. The burner give me very poor flame and wind is turning it off constantly. I need to be checking every 2 minutes if the flame is still on. What can be the reason? Suggestions?

Asked by: Alberto Fallas
Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.
