Premium Nylon Brush - Model 7366896 is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job. I bought the brush a month ago, because I couldn't find it at Home Depot. I lieve the grill on for 10 - 15 min to burn off the grates, wait for it to cool off, and use the brush to clean it. It works great. I have a Patio Bistro electric grill that I love, and I use the brush to clean the grates.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nylon brush OK I bought the nylon brush because it was recommended for cleaning Tru Infrared grates. It does a little better than my wire brush, but they are still hard to keep the little holes cleaned out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Premium Ergonomic Nylon Brush This brush works great when it is warm or cool. It removes stuck on food well. I can easily load it into the dishwasher to clean off the food particles in the brush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from better than expected I have been using brass brushes, but they ere hard on the enamel grill finishes. This brush cleans the grills thoroughly and without damaging the grill surface.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Well This item works great, but only for a dozen or so cleanings. After that, the bristles start to flatten out and become less effective.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very loud and doesn't clean well I honestly have been very disappointed my grill is not even close to what it used to be. Not to mention that I have to wait til it cools or the bristles get stuck to it. There has to be a better solution.

Hi! I just bought the tru-infrared patio bistro with the porcelain coated grate.  I don't want to damage the grate finish...  I bought the recommended nylon brush but what type of grill tools do I use? Thanks so much for your help, Judy

    Asked by: Judy5006
There are 3 main steps to follow when maintaining your grates properly: 1. Perform the “Burn-Off” Method. Turn the grill on high (with the lid closed) for 15 minutes. This will allow any food particles or debris that is stuck to the grates or other interior grill parts, burn off of the grill. (this is the step that your grill may refer to as “self-cleaning”) 2. After the grill has cooled back down, use our Advanced Cool-Clean Technology brush to brush the remaining particles off of the grates or emitter trays. 3. Wash the interior parts of the grill with a 50/50 mixture of soap and water to ensure that everything is clean of debris. Once the parts are 100% dry, place them back in the grill so that it is ready for use next time! (if the debris is really stuck or rust is appearing, you can use a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water) *To ensure your grates and emitter trays are easy to clean, make sure you season them properly before grilling each time! For any further questions, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-241-7548.

I just purchased a 3 burner Tru-Infrared grill from Home Depot. Do I need to get the nylon brush to clean the grate?

    Asked by: TennesseeSlim
To best clean your cooking grates we recommend a nylon brush and warm soapy water or biodegradable grill cleaner. Seasoning the grates with canola oil will also help to keep food from sticking and prevent rust.

Is it advisable to use a cleaning solution along with the nylon brush or does the brush work well by itself?

    Asked by: Timmer
We would definitely advise using grill cleaner along with the nylon brush to ensure that there is no grease or food build up.
