Hvr 18K - High 9K - Low Big Easy Srg is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Part fit perfectly. Grilling and smoking again. Well, the valve locked up and failed after only one season. But the replacement pat was available and fit. Wish I had not had to spend $50 to repair after only one season use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works as expected grrat product, way to much for shipping. $15 is extremely too much for something that could be sent for $5 via USPS. Took way too long for delivery. For that amount, it should have been here in two days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely awesome unit A friend of ours had the turkey fryer and we were quite impressed, when we researched it we discovered the SRG and we do not regret the purchase, this unit does exactly what they say, the turkey or chickens are so moist it's incredible, the steaks are amazing, no flare ups, no drama, just put them on and walk away. We live in Ontario and the control valve froze and as a impatient male I broke it and had to replace it but bought a cover at the same time to avoid it from happening again, I recommend this product to anyone considering it, you will not be disappointed. For us Canadians I could only find it on Amazon and they offered free delivery and it was delivered when they said it would be.

I have a Big Easy infrared grill with what appears to be a rusted valve regulator. I just want to replace the valve. In looks like the only replacement option is to replace the entire hose valve regulator assembly. Can I just buy the valve?

    Asked by: Teeshot275
The valve for the Big Easy is only available as part of the hose/valve/regulator assembly. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist.

We love our big easy fryer so much we bought 2, but one of them isn't burning like it should. Is it the regulator?

    Asked by: megs87
We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the Big Easy is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your Big Easy is turned off that the Big Easy is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

The aluminum head on my regulator hose started icing up when I was using my Big Easy (love this thing!)  I discovered it was venting propane from a small hole on the front of it.  Loosening the connection to the tank helped, but is this hole a feature?

    Asked by: John in Riva
This hole is standard. The regulator icing over is a sign of an overfilled propane tank. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best investigate this.
