Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like it was when new I bought this because the hose got too close to grill and melted. I would have rather just bought the hose. Took a little disassembly by taking a leg off grill to remove cover. Small screws are difficult with big fingers. Fixed my problem and grilling again

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too Expensive Product is fine cost of product & shipping too expensive

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I had to buy this after the first regulator didn't work on the original purchased Big Easy. I wasn't able to put it together in a year and was outside of warranty. So, I had to pay another $50 for something that didn't work to make my Big Easy work. Now it works great.

I have a Big Easy infrared grill with what appears to be a rusted valve regulator. I just want to replace the valve. In looks like the only replacement option is to replace the entire hose valve regulator assembly. Can I just buy the valve?

    Asked by: Teeshot275
The valve for the Big Easy is only available as part of the hose/valve/regulator assembly. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist.

We love our big easy fryer so much we bought 2, but one of them isn't burning like it should. Is it the regulator?

    Asked by: megs87
We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the Big Easy is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your Big Easy is turned off that the Big Easy is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

The aluminum head on my regulator hose started icing up when I was using my Big Easy (love this thing!)  I discovered it was venting propane from a small hole on the front of it.  Loosening the connection to the tank helped, but is this hole a feature?

    Asked by: John in Riva
This hole is standard. The regulator icing over is a sign of an overfilled propane tank. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best investigate this.
