Is there instructions for installing this assembly?  Do I need the whole assembly or can I just order the regulator and hose?  My grill will light but will not stay lit. I am told that the excess flow valve may be stuck?  Is this the part needed?

    Asked by: KCdeserttransplant
We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Instructions are not included, but we would be able to provide installation information. Parts of this hose/valve/regulator assembly are not available individually. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

my grill is a propane grill that i would like to convert to a natural gas grill.  I have a natural gas regulator and hose.  I hope that all I have to do is change the  orifice, regulator and hose.

To best answer this we need the model number for your grill. This model number should be on the rating label, on the back towards the bottom of the grill, and also on the front cover of the product guide. The model number normally begins with 46.
