Gas began leaking around the valve on my grill. Do I need to replace this whole assembly or is there way to replace just the valve and hose? I tried to remove the valve and hose from the assembly on my grill, but it seems to be on there very tight.

The valves should not be removed. If you have found a link in your hose/valve/regulator assembly please follow this link (http://ow.ly/SktNu) or give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist. We value you as a Char-Broil customer and want you to get back up and grilling.

Is there a procedure on how to replace this?

Everything connected to the original hose/valve/regulator assembly, such as burners, control knobs, control panel and bezels, will need to be removed so that this part can be taken out and a new hose/valve/regulator assembly can be installed. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to provide more information.
