Solved all problemsOur 2 year old T36 Commercial Infrared grill recently declined in its usual great performance. Food was taking longer to cook and its quality became unsatisfactory. After a thorough-deep clean of the burners, I viewed the flames through the front grill holes and noticed that all of the burners were not functioning at peak levels. The flames would intermittently self-decrease in level, and at times some of the burners flames would even go out.
After speaking with a most helpful customer service rep, who walked me though a few tests, I was convinced that purchasing a new h/v/r assembly would resolve my problem.
The install took me about an hour. I started by removing ALL burners. Thanks to the grill's unique assembly design, I only had to remove 10 side screws (3 large, 2 small; under each shelf's upper front) to easily remove/replace the front panel.
CharBroil's rep was absolutely on target with his analysis of my problem. I'm pleased to report that the new assembly has restored the great cooking experience with our grill.
