My grill (model 463241413) is only 2 years old, but it was floor model at Loew's when I bought it "as is".  The damage was minor, I thought, but the heat is not adjustable; usually cooks at 650 degrees.  Any suggestions?

We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

Hello. My model 463241413, 2.5 years old or so, suddenly stopped getting propane from tank to grill. I tried a few basics(switched tank, uncoupled tank etc). It does not appear there is any wear to the hose valve assy. Should I replace this part?

I have a Char-Broil model 463247310 which is several years old. The grill doesn't get as hot any more. Will replacing the burner fix that problem?  Is this the correct part for that model?

I broke a knob off of my grill. Model # 461442114 Does this part fix the problem?

    Asked by: way__
This is not the correct part for your grill. If a valve stem was broken off of your grill then the replacement hose/valve/regulator assembly needed is model # G432-T800-W1. This is available on the Char-Broil site.
