I have a Char-Broil model 463247310 which is several years old. The grill doesn't get as hot any more. Will replacing the burner fix that problem? Is this the correct part for that model?
Replacing a burner may help with this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

I broke a knob off of my grill. Model # 461442114 Does this part fix the problem?
This is not the correct part for your grill. If a valve stem was broken off of your grill then the replacement hose/valve/regulator assembly needed is model # G432-T800-W1. This is available on the Char-Broil site.

Do you sell conversion kits to convert a Commercial Char-Broil grill from natural gas to propane?
There is not a conversion kit that will convert a grill from natural gas to propane. If the grill was originally designed for use with propane, a new hose/valve/regulator assembly may be needed. Give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and provide us with the model number for your grill. We will be able to best assist.
