The flames on my grill are abnormally high, seems that there is now way too much gas being pushed through the burners. I've tried doing the regulator reset steps and also have changed the propane tank with no help. Should I get a new regulator & hose?

I have purchased your m# 463724514 combo grill, and was told I can order the NG conversion kit for burners and side burner

We apologize for any misinformation. Grill model # 463724514 can only be used with a twenty pound propane tank. It cannot be converted to natural gas.

my grill was purchased in dec 2015 at Big 5, has never heated over 200 degrees is my problem the regulator assy? If so is this a warranty item i have only used the grill twice because it takes so long to grill anything!

    Asked by: Trucker Todd
We're very sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

I am looking for a replacement gas hose for my grill, model 463724512 but all I see on the replacement parts is the entire assembly. I don't need all that, I have a leak next to the regulator only.

This hose and regulator are not available on their own. The hose and regulator are only available as part of the hose/valve/regulator assembly. This is model # FDDUO1064 and it is available on the Char-Broil site.
