I have a Char-Broil Advantage #463344015, I am having trouble with one of the burners, it is burning a yellow flame and the other ones have the blue flame. I have all ready taken the burners apart and cleaned them but it still burns yellow. What can I do.

How do I adjust the air/gas ratio on these burners (air shutter)? I'm getting a high velocity flame (especially closer to the front/knob side) with some yellow in it. I've disconnected and reconnected the tank to make sure it's not a regulator problem.

You may have a spider web in venturi or orifice at burner. Take the burner out to  investigate this.

I have the classic 4 burner with the side burner. The grill heats up great with the 2 burners on the left side closest to the tank on high. When I open the burners on the right it no longer heats up and only gets to about 200 degrees? What should I dofix?

We're sorry to hear this. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 for more information.

can i use larger diameter burner tubes with this grill model #463642015 instead of the 14.37" L x 1.97" W that came with it to put out more heat. right now it takes forever for the grill to heat up.
