Rated 1 out of 5 by Loves to grill from Have had my grill for 2 years and it is in need for new burners..grill has been cleaned and housed inside when not in use. The burners cost 25 dollars each... Am not interested in investing one hundred dollars each time that they rot out.VERY DISSAPOINTING :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by sb232 from Don't Buy! We bought this grill a few years ago and have to replace the burners and grates....RIDICULOUS. We should have done more research before buying this as well as the grates. Now that we've purchased the grates we don't really have alot of choice but to buy the burners. Should have bought a new BBQ.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kevin319 from Overpriced and should be included in "refresher ki Very disappointed to have to spend nearly $200 on replacement parts for a "Commercial" series grill only two seasons old. The grill is covered when not in use on a covered deck. The burners should be included in the "refresher" kit, which includes everything else inside the firebox.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Firefighter 826 from Total Failure at quality My unit is two years old. 91 days into this product, the regulator failed. They gave me 50% off on the part. Now two years into the use of this piece of junk and I have to buy three main burners, two cross over tubes, and maybe more. Minimum of $105 plus shipping. I will never buy another of this brand. That's just the gas side. The charcoal side is also showing signs of failure with the pan warped so bad you loose control of height control. Further, the under frame is weak to the point the front two casters are bent under so it doesn't' move. Its a monument to great marketing and poor quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by beachgirl52 from Burners and tents rotnt The tents and burners fall apart. We have had a BBQ for 2 years, and have replaced the tents, and now the burners. We are opting to order generic brands that are less expensive. I can't see spending $100. or more on a $200. BBQ.

Rated 1 out of 5 by chivita from sad:( My daughter gave this grill to her dad for father's day, it will be two years this June and is sad to say that we are thinking of throwing it away cause we have to replace all five burners that is like $125.00 dollars and we cannot afford it. the problem is that she lost the receipt so we can't take it back ,it's sad cause other than that it was a great grill except for the burners.

Your limited warranty states that there is a limited lifetime warranty on the main burner for model 463244011. One of the burners split down the top of the burner, causing a large flame. How can I get this replaced? It sure looks like a mfg defect.
I have the same problem and am in the process of having Lowes re-create the proof of purchase. My second burner from right is used the most and have been using it when I needed a third burner and use to use it as my original pair of primary burners. My remaining burners will be suspect to breakage in about mid summer. I have had the grill for five years and used it three times a week.
