As described and shown online.Works great, no complaints. I've had this grill for 12 years and this is the first time I've had to replace the burner plate. I grill about once a week.

You can buy the hardware kit or just buy three #10-24x2 inch screws, three 1 1/2 inch spacers and three #10-24 acorn nuts. They should cost a couple bucks at a hardware store.

I need a Medallion burner plater. My burbecue gas grill is model 463210311. Do you have the piece?

This grill does not use a medallion. Are you needing the heat tents? Each heat tent for this grill is model # G560-0006-W1 and is available on the Char-Broil site.
