Rated 5 out of 5 by from A long time to liking...... In late February or early March, I purchased the Patio Bistro as we have a townhome with a wrap around patio. The bistro looked compact and when it arrived I assembled it myself with virtually no problem. The automatic ignitor never worked and after repeated contact with Char-Broil, I did finally receive the correct part and to date it is now working like a charm. My husband has a tremor and the button ignitor is what he needs vs. match lighting. This product is excellent and makes a killer steak. The service at Char-Broil while sometimes was frustrating to get the right part, was good. They really never let the ball drop. It may have taken some time, but I gotta admit, customer service was excellent. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Char-Broil looks good, like the burner -- but ignition system doesn't work and we must light by hand - the is the second ignitions system we'll installed and just gave up

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great grill i have owned this grill for a couple of years and except for one minor ignitor issue it's been the best grill i have ever owned! No more wasting gas like i did with larger grills. One burner is plenty and its surface is big enough to grill four decent sized steaks. ill admit cleaning is more involved but the cooking rewards are worth it. Unless you have a large group to grill for this is the unit to get!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Grill I have ever owned!!! I live in a condo and needed a gas grill that did not take up to much space. The grill size is perfect and you can cook for up to 6 people on the grill area. The TRU infrared cooks everything so well. I really like how the small holed grate keeps from flare ups. I have had it 2 seasons and use it a couple times a week and have had no problems with the product!

hello, I like to know the diference betwen this and the electric one. this one has a flame ? smoke a lot ? and how many barbacues you can have whith one gas can ? thanks a lot

Asked by: Javier Katz
Both of these Patio Bistro Grills have a 240 sq. in. primary cooking surface and an 80 sq. in. warming rack. The main difference is that the electric Patio Bistro (model # 15601559) has a porcelain coated cooking grate and the gas Patio Bistro (model # 14601997) has a stainless steel cooking grate. Neither will produce tons of smoke, but if a lot of sauce is used or fattier foods are being cooked there is potential for smoke. The gas Patio Bistro does have a flame and is rated for 1300 BTUs so you should get quite a few cooks out of a single propane tank. Hope this helps.
