Portable Grill2Go® X200 Gas Grill is rated 4.209 out of 5 by 67.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from good unit for it's size and design I like this table top model because I've used many others of the same type and this one works best. The price, on sale, was a good value. Most other makes aren't as well designed and cost lot more, like Weber. This unit also gives a good and spacious cook surface. The only issue is it is hard to get the temperature low enough on for cooking slow or baking. My solution is to prop open the lid to regulate the temp. If you had an adjustable vent or a way to safely open the lid up to 1 to 4 inches it would be perfect. All in all a very nice unit-- it could be the best one available with a few small changes..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Portable TRU-Infrared! I have been a huge fan of the TRU-Infrared way of grilling on Char-Briol's full-size grills for years now. I refuse to grill a steak on any other kind of grill. Yes, they are that good. While the grill surface on the Grill2Go is not as sturdy as the new cast-iron overlays of their bigger brothers, it works just as well and is light-weight. I love the ease of removing the regulator/bottle so stowing it in my RV's outer compartment is a snap. I got 4 meals out of a canister of gas - including pre-heat, cook time, and burn-off. Have decided that it is NOT worth getting a larger bottle conversion. Only issue is not knowing exactly when the gas will run out. We hosted 4 other couples at our campground, made some filet's for them and all have told us they were the best steaks they have ever had. Including restaurants. My secret? Toss some mesquite wood chips right on the grill after preheat and just before putting on the steaks. Other tips: Keep it at full heat. Keep lid open. Flip once after juices appear on top. Remove after juices appear on top again. Easy! Seasoning: Montreal Steak seasoning on all cuts except filet mignon. For filet mignon, use heavy coat of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best grill I have ever owned I have bought grill for the patio about every 5 years but I have bought one for camping almost every year. Both were complicated to set up and didn't really work that well. The Char-Broil TRU-infrared Grill2Go has taken the place of both. There are a very few parts and they are easily replaceable and with two quick snaps of the buckles, it it ready to go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best on the market out there!!!! I bought this just about a 10 month ago for our 3 week trip around the 4 states of Arizona, New mexico, Utha & Colorado. Used it every night of the trip. I am also just about out somewhere every weekend camping. I take it everywhere with me. I am told by everybody who uses it that they are going to buy one as it cooks very well in little time at all. I love this little BBQ & even use it at home when it is just me. I think my home BBQ doesn't like me any more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Produces wonderful BBQ I was looking for a portable BBQ that would be an improvement over my older tabletop BBQ, and this Tru Infrared intrigued me. After getting it we initiated it with grilling salmon, and it did a beautiful job on it. I didn't realize how much oil is in salmon. The grill kept flames (flair up)from coming through. It cooks evenly, and the piazo igniter and temperature gauge are great to have.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from x200 infared grill I have own this grill for a year and used to love it. the design, size, durability, lightweight, and many more feature gravitated me to make this purchase. Everything with this grill is perfect except for the way it cooks food. its quite impreesive tgat something so small is so strong. too powerful to cook chicken even on the lowest setting. the grill gate is the worst part of this grill. very hard to clean and doesnt cook well when the slot is filled with drippings from cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from infrared this little grill packs a punch! it is hot! its fast! i love it! though it does create a lot of smoke when grilling fatty or oily meats, so may not be good for a small patio.

Can you ship to Mexico?  If so, can your larger models also be shipped?  I am south of Guadalajara.

The lowest setting of the regulator on my brand new Grill2go only lowers the temp to 550 degrees. I tried to grill chicken but it burns it to a crisp. Vegetables would be impossible to grill. Is there a regulator available with a smaller orfice?

I know this grill is designed to take the portable 1Lb. bottles of propane. Can it be connected to a larger tank especially the propane tanks they use here in Germany. Would I need a special adaptor bought in the USA to connect it to the bottles here?

Asked by: Slade
The 4' hose & adapter (model # 7184633) can be used with this Grill2Go so that it can be used with a 20 lb propane tank. For Char-Broil products in your area please visit... http://www.charbroil.de/
