Electric Grills

Yes, high quality of service and friendly.
We are enjoying our Char-Broil grill. We like the fact it is electric and don't have to mess with charcoal and heats up pretty quickly.

    Nice product
I love the way it cooks. However, it's hard to clean below the grill.

Great for the Recreational Vehicle lifestyle.
We spend the winters in Arizona in a RV Park and this past winter was the first year with my Patio Bistro 180 Electric. Have had many others before: Charcoal, gas, etc and the180 is so convenient. No messy charcoal or running out of gas while cooking. The 180 is cleaner, faster, more convenient, easier to clean grates. Very compact and that is important with RV's. Don't know how I got along without it.

    great grill option!
We enjoy the convenience of this on our condo lanai. It heats fairly quickly and is large enough to cook for 4 to 6 guests. I had a problem with the controller which was difficult to remove but I emailed CharBroil and received a phone call from them with an offer to send a new controller/cord to me. It arrived in a few days and works perfectly now. Excellent customer service! We have also recommended this to friends and they bought it too.

    Red Hot!
I bought this infrared patio bistro in red because they didn't have black at the store and I really wanted this grill. Well months later, I've been grilling everything on it to perfection! This grill is amazing! Just plug it in and watch the infrared action cook your food to perfection! The temperature gauge atop is extremely useful and th grease goes right into the drip tray below neatly. There's an abundance of space below to store utensils and other miscellaneous items. I highly recommend ... read more purchasing this grill because it is a sound investment that will last you!

    Just got it
Just assembled this - 1 hour without rushing. I haven't used this yet so I cannot comment on how well it works. I do know that it took all of 23 minutes to get to about 535 degrees. It never did hit 550. My question is how are you supposed to remove the controller? Instructions advise to bring this unit indoors, but it looks like you would have to unscrew at least 4 screws every time you used this. Is there a magic button I am missing or something? Seems to be made well.
