    Top notch!
I've been impressed with how quickly and evenly this grill cooks. Not having an open flame takes a little getting used to, but makes so much sense. I don't know if I'd go back. Can still get grill marks, but not uneven cooking or searing. Food is noticeably juicier. Seems easy to maintain. Hoping the flame cover will make the burners last longer. Side burner is always a plus.

    I do love this grill.
I have had this grill for 3 years and have no complaints. Over the years I have had to replace the clicker that starts the burners, and today I ordered a new pan under the grates. It rusted through, but mostly that was my fault because I didn't clean it regularly. I would of purchased a front panel but is now no longer available. Over all this is the best grill I've had and if I had to buy another one I could diffantly purchase another Chargrilled.

    IT'S A ROLLS!
WE LOVE THIS BBQ! I was pulling my hair out trying to find a mid-size, natural gas, stainless steel grill with infra-red, porcelain-coated grates, and a side burner. I was ready to spend $1000 but found this one rated highly on Consumer Reports--GOLDMINE! For $399 we got EVERYTHING. It's a Rolls-Royce priced like a Toyota! Even-Steven reliable temp: we've cooked delicate fish to seared steaks with Michelin star success! STRONGLY RECOMMEND.

    Will not flare up
I bought the same one for my house 4 years ago. Cooks well and does not flare up cause the meat cant drip on the burners. the burners still look brand new. I have replaced the drip pan three times. The third one I ordered S.S. 3 times as expensive, but hope it last much longer. The rest of the grill is in very good shape. I like it so much that I ordered a second one for my beach home. I hope it stands up well in the salt air, with a cover . Time well tell.

    Best Ever
I have used this grill for 3 years and it is the best of the many I have had. Grill is still like new except for the "reflector pan" which I replaced about a year ago. Next time I will buy the 3 burner because I occasionally need more heat input, not because I need more grill area. I just do not understand why Char-Broil does not make more of these and make them more available.

    Sear-e-ously!
Bought the grill three weeks ago and I have to say this is the best grilling system I have ever used in my 40 years of grilling. I recently fired up some brats for the first time under the TRU method and they seared fast, plump, and to perfection. The sealed in flavors burst in you mouth with every bite. The multiple settings allows everything to sear, grill, or barbeque. There is also a rotisserie setting for that accessory. Based on the cooking results, a 10-minute grill cleanup is a snap. ... read more Just make Canola oil your friend, get the right cleaning tools, and follow the cleaning tips. The grill cover fits like a glove and enhances the grill's protection magnificently. This is my first Char Broil grill and if and when I need to move on, a Char Broil will be my only choice.

    Great grill, many uses
I bought this portable grill for taking it with us on trips and picnics. It heats evenly across the grate, comes to temperature quickly, and cooks food perfect. As with any small grill it must be tended to constantly. Keep an eye on it and you'll be surprised just how good it cooks and how juicy food stays when done. Gas use seems to be very little, one bottle lasts more than 5 times, I use it on the lowest heat setting, that's all that's needed. Can't say anything bad about this new little gem.

Best grill I have ever owned
I have bought grill for the patio about every 5 years but I have bought one for camping almost every year. Both were complicated to set up and didn't really work that well. The Char-Broil TRU-infrared Grill2Go has taken the place of both. There are a very few parts and they are easily replaceable and with two quick snaps of the buckles, it it ready to go.

good unit for it's size and design
I like this table top model because I've used many others of the same type and this one works best. The price, on sale, was a good value. Most other makes aren't as well designed and cost lot more, like Weber. This unit also gives a good and spacious cook surface. The only issue is it is hard to get the temperature low enough on for cooking slow or baking. My solution is to prop open the lid to regulate the temp. If you had an adjustable vent or a way to safely open the lid up to 1 to 4 inches ... read more it would be perfect. All in all a very nice unit-- it could be the best one available with a few small changes..

    Fantastic $100 Grill
Ive had this grill for 2 years and the ignitor button STILL works with one push. The flavor bar actually works, two years of juices and crust means I don't bother with my charcoal grill much anymore. Take the bad review from that one guy with a grain of salt, uneven heat (oh no!!!) flare ups (whatever will I do?) If you want to insert food and come back later, you have an oven in your kitchen. Excellent grill, I use it 3-5 times a week.

    An Excellent Choice!!
I have had many top grills at $400-$600.. This is perfect for a small grill for the porch or deck. Plenty of grill space for the two of us, plus company. Gets VERY hot and fast. This grill does not have a thermometer, but no big deal. The two burners are perfect for cooking indirect or to keep warm. The trays are large and very convenient. A GREAT value!! $99 and fully assembled.

    Get Value for the Money
After 10 years of regular use and replacing parts from time to time, it was simply time to replace the entire unit. If your days of having a ton of kids are over and it is just for 2-4 people this is a great grill. Bang for the buck it is hard to beat. We liked it enough to buy another when we wore out the first one.
