    No rack included?
I just bought this grill and there was no warming rack included in the box. Is it supposed to come with one or do I need to buy one separately?

    Great grill
I have had a grill like this more years than I can remember. I've replaced the burner a few times but the main body still has years left. The only draw back is if you are cooking for a group, the cooking area is small. If you're cooking for you and your wife or 3 to4 people it is great. For the price you can't beat it.

    Great Grill!
I didn't know it wasn't open flame. I wouldn't have bought it had I known. I bought it for the size, the stainless steel look and price. But once, I grilled on it, I loved everything about it.

    great steaks
I got mine about 2 months ago and have cooked great steaks, pork chops, chicken and hot dogs, as well as grilled veggies. It heats up fast and grills very well.

    A Chef's Best friend
This grill allows us to grill an entire meal on it, meat, chicken, fish and lots of room for sides. Having a side burner is also great to keep sauces warm. Love the great grill marks and juiciness of the meats.

    Something Different
I like the infrared deal, takes some getting used to compared to my old standard gas grill. You need to keep it oiled up on the grates and there is a bit of clean up involved. I bought the custom cover for about $50 figured it was worth it. I have only had it about two months but it really does cook a good juicy steak. One bummer which I read about is the stupid ignition. Mine still works but the nice "red flame" button you push cracked and broke in half in about three weeks. This is a very cheap plastic deal so I have already purchased two more as I am sure the new one will break as well. Overall I would recommend this grill, very nice and it looks great on my back deck.

    Great Grill
Very simple to use and the infrared cooking keeps the moisture in the meat.

    Outstanding value for the money
Perfect two person grill. Easy to assemble. Lowes had it on sale for $89.95 @ we had a $10.00 off a $50.00 purchase card. Such a deal! NOT a grill for the neighborhood block party or cooking for the stadium but for the small family, it's perfect. We have a cast iron griddle for eggs & bacon. Wire grill for burgers, steak, chicken etc. EASY TO CLEAN, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very well pleased with product, however with the store is another matter. Went into store to purchase grill could not find anyone to wait on me. Long line with only one checkout lane. Went out to garden to purchase a bag of pottoing soil and decided to buy grill through that station and lady working register could not help me and was forced to walk back into store and get # off grill return to line and then she was very rude.Product is great but won't go back to Lowes, Jefferson City anytime soon.

Char-Broil Stainless 2 Burner Pedestal Grill
(+) Overall the build quality is quite nice. (-) Assembly might be a bit difficult for some people as location of some screws can be awkward to reach with a typical screwdriver. (+ + + + +) The electric igniter uses a single AA battery which is replaceable from the right pedestal exterior by simply unscrewing a cap, exchanging the battery, and reattaching the cap. Very convenient. (+ + + + +) The igniter is so easy to use - gone is the old fashioned pulsing a button to generate a spark. (+ + +) At first I wondered what the heck is this funny looking object tethered by a length of small chain to the exterior left side. Took some thorough attention reading the manual to learn Char-Broil includes this "match holder". Nicely thought out - as I suppose if the battery dies and you haven't a spare just insert a match into the holder's end, and stick it though the side and ignite a burner (with lid open of course!). (+ + +) It cooks very well and I've found I can cook at the lowest burner setting, and thus not burn food. (+) The temperature gauge is large and quite easy to read, although I use it just as a reference since I rely on a digital meter with cable probe I insert into the food. (- - -) I'd like to see the open back of the pedestal with a door and I am thinking of contacting Char-Broil to purchase the identical front door, mounting components, and upper sheet metal brace (w/ magnet and door pin). (- - -) I'd also like to see two removable drip pans under the burners as this would make cleanup far easier. (- - ) When cleaning the sheet metal underneath the burners, be careful of sharp edges on protruding sheet metal. Removable drip pans would solve this. (-) I removed and installed the burner clips such that the rounded ends faced out towards my fingers when cleaning, and the sharp tips faced inwards. Removable drip pans would solve this. (+ + +) Simply Green sprayed onto the residue stuck to the surface under the burners really got the gunk off quite easily... But - (- - -) I'd like to see a drain device for washing out the grill which would be far easier than continually removing the grease drip cup each time it fills with water. When cleaning, I may try temporarily replacing the grease cup with a funnel and attached tube going to a catch bucket. (+ + + +) The two grills are an exceptional touch versus one grill. Benefits include after cleaning grills, you only need to take outside one grill for small meals, leaving other grill indoors to remain clean. If a lot of small meals will be cooked, then installing just one and alternating the two grills will be very convenient. (+ +) Each grill has a square opening - useful for hanging grills inside the pedestal, or inserting a finger through to carry indoors for cleaning. (+ + +) With two grills versus one single large grill, each small grill easily fits in the kitchen sink. (+ + + +) The diameter (gauge) of the stainless rod used to form the grills is quite substantial - the thickness should help the grills endure. (+ + + +) The two side shelves are terrific and very convenient - gone are the two small tables I used with my previous grill. (+ + + +) Given the shelves fold down makes putting a grill cover on very easy... But - (- -) With shelves down, their mounting brackets are a bit exposed, so just keep this in mind when affixing or removing the grill cover. If you have a cheap, thin vinyl cover I'd suspect it will end up getting torn. (+ + + +) The recommended companion Char-Broil cover fits well, has Velcro tabs useful if very windy, and the material used is quite heavy and appears that it will endure. (+ +) The grill's base has four casters, two of which lock - a nice convenience to be able to roll it into (or out of) position. (+ + / - -) The grill is heavy, hopefully translating to something that will endure, however it isn't something most people would want to pickup and move by themselves. I found I was able to easily move the grill from assembly in my garage, up a grass slope, to my patio by using a two wheel hand truck and a two inch thick piece of foam inserted between it and the grill and a ratchet strap to keep the gill in place. I'll reverse the process for winter storage. I certainly recommend this grill as it cooks very well and provides a heck of a lot in a compact, very nice looking grill at a decent price point when on sale.

    Great grill, awesome value!
I purchased this grill to keep in my 3 season porch. It is a great size and was super easy to assemble. I had it together and burning gas in 30-45 min. In the week that I have owned it we have done steaks, brats, hot dogs and beer can chicken to perfection. I would reccomend this grill to anyone cooking for a few or many.
