    Best Ever!
    For my own home use this Char-Broil smoker couldn't be any better! I'm not a professional cook, but this smoker makes my BBQ the rave of my family! I knew I was loved by my family, but now a lot more....smoke it, grill it and they will come!

    I had a small smoker before, and when it came time for replacing it, I opted for this one with a larger capacity. I love it. I can easily do 6 chickens at one time and they turn out great. My only complaint is that there is no cooking timetable or recipe book included with the product. I look forward to trying other meats in it.

    This has turned out to be a great smoker. I have smoker everything from brisket to Salmon.

    Exactly as advertised
    No effort, cooked steak evenly all the way though. Have to say the best steak I've ever grilled. I'm 58 and have cooked lots.of steaks over the years. First time I've grilled hamburgers and had absolutely no flame-up.

    AWSOME
    Have had this grill for about 4 months now. Recommended by a friend who bought one. I have used it for burgers, steaks, roasts, ribs, hotdogs, chicken. Everything I have cooked on it has been not only moist but the grill is so easy to use. I recommended it to a friend he bought one and his Mother-In-Law said the steaks he did were the best she has had in 20 years. I have sold the 2 charcoal grills I had.

    So much better than oil!
    We have had this a year and it has paid for itself. No more oil! The turkey has a dark, crisp skin just like fried but it is juicier. The oil does not boil all the juices out. It is tastier and healthier. It offers less mess, less time and offers a much better flavor. If you inject you will love it even more. The sauce is not boiled out of the turkey like traditional friers. It stays packed with the seasoning and flavor. Easy to operate with simple on and off. Easy to clean and store.

    Love this!
    We have enjoyed cooking not just turkey in our fryer! Pork lions, chickens, all good. It has already paid for itself not having to buy oil!

    Easy, fast, moist turkey!
    Product was easy to assemble and easy to use. our 13 lb turkey cooked in 2 hours. The temperature rose very quickly at the end of the cooking time. Take it out 5 degrees under the cooking temperature you want and let it sit covered on the counter for minimum 20 minutes before carving. We didn't expect it to cook so fast so we let it sit covered on the counter with foil and a dish towel for an hour and it was cooked to perfection and very very moist when we carved it an hour later. It was still warm enough to serve after the hour. It was the best turkey we've had in a long time. The juices are all caught in the drip tray. The juice isn't very appetizing looking as it is pink, but put it on the stove and cook it with a little flour to thicken & a little gravy master for color and it's great!. We didn't even need to add much seasoning to the gravy as the seasoning from the out side of the turkey was in the juices already. Highly recommend the product. We need to use two ovens over the holidays to cook all the courses, so using the turkey fryer freed up one of the ovens. GO OUT AND GET ONE! We can 't wait to try cooking ribs, chicken, and a beef roast in it....
