    I loooove the smoker feature.The food is unbelievably mouth watering. I'm so excited to cook our holiday foods. Infrared is the best way to cook!!! Truly no grease flare ups or drying of the food because there is no direct flame contact with the food.

    It's addicting!
    I first bought the Big Easy Turkey Fryer and loved the job it did on turkey's and chicken, then saw the SRG. I have since sold the fryer to a friend, and use my SRG constantly from chicken legs to turkey's to brats, steaks, burgers and roasts. Great ease of use, flavor, and all VERY juicy!! I think I'm going to sell my old Weber also!

    Wonderful addition to BBQ
    I recently purchased this and am enjoying so far. Ive cooked only 4 whole chickens and 1 roast so far and they have been wonderful. The chickens have been wonderful and juicy and the roast was flavorful but a little too well. I recommend cooking lower flame and taking out meat 2 to 3 degrees less than recommended and letting sit as meats will continue to cook. Also get a injector and inject flavors into the meats.     Pleased overall
    Our first use was for spare ribs and they turned out perfectly. I don't know how it happened but the door warped so now we have to put a latch on it before we can use it again. The magnet closures are not strong enough. My son is buying a brisket for Memorial Day so I will consider the bungee cord to keep it shut tight. Clean up is easy.

    My first smoker
    I am a BIG Weber guy - and wanted to drop $400 on a smoker - BOY am I glad i picked this one up for a fraction of the cost.. Just bought this last week - have used it twice already. Once for Chicken (in-bone) and once for ribs. Outstanding on both fronts. I recommend soaking the wood chips for more smoke. Very easy to use. Glad I bought it. Can't wait to cook more meat in it!

    We love it. It is Totally Awesome. We use it for just about everything. I am surprised that it is not advertised more, especially during the Holiday Season. The cooking channel still shows how to use the deep fryer with oil. With this fryer the chance of getting burned is slim. My husband has some gloves that he uses to reach in and get the turkey basket. No burning. We bought one for my brother-in-law and he too uses it frequently.

    Oil-less fryer
    I have owned The Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer for several years. It is the absolute best fryer I have ever used-bar none! Several friends have bought these and wish they had theirs years ago. I also have a friend that bought a different brand of an oil-less fryer and they were not happy at all, with their fryer they bought @ a discount store! They now own a Char Broil.

    Big easy is so easy !
    When I found out about the Big Easy, I about flipped. A oil less deep frying, that was my biggest compliant was the messy oil. So, I used my sister and brother-in-law as my guinea pigs and bought them one for Christmas and we used it right then. My brother-law is a hunter and had plenty of game on hand. We cooked up some pork rump or butt, I forget the cut. We seasoned them babies up with some Cajun and those were some of best pork oh man. I had to go get myself a Big Easy, been cooking up ... read more chickens, ribs, hens, duck everything is awesome. Go get yourself a Big Easy and no more oil to clean or mess with.
