    Best cooking unit I have owned in the past 35 yrs
    Most versatile cooking unit in my outdoor kitchen. I was a purest and only used charcoal for smoking for many years. The Big Easy produces a better produce without the constant supervision that the charcoal smoker needs. Family members and neighbors are requesting that I cook every weekend. I tell them to buy a Big Easy for their yard!

    Everything they said it was and more!!!!!!!!!!!
    I purchased this on Fathers Day and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Assembly was a breeze and couldn't wait to start cooking. Seasoned it like the instructions said to do and then began cooking. Everything I have cooked so far has came out better than I could have imagined. Steaks, chicken, pork chops have come out nice and juicy. Could not believe how much juice the chickens had in them.     Wonderful addition to BBQ
    I recently purchased this and am enjoying so far. Ive cooked only 4 whole chickens and 1 roast so far and they have been wonderful. The chickens have been wonderful and juicy and the roast was flavorful but a little too well. I recommend cooking lower flame and taking out meat 2 to 3 degrees less than recommended and letting sit as meats will continue to cook. Also get a injector and inject flavors into the meats.     heat gauge on out side of smoker (exelent)
    I bought my smoker about 2 years ago and I have done everything from a small rack of ribs to a 25 pound turkey. I love my smoker !!!!

    My first smoker
    I am a BIG Weber guy - and wanted to drop $400 on a smoker - BOY am I glad i picked this one up for a fraction of the cost.. Just bought this last week - have used it twice already. Once for Chicken (in-bone) and once for ribs. Outstanding on both fronts. I recommend soaking the wood chips for more smoke. Very easy to use. Glad I bought it. Can't wait to cook more meat in it!

    Big easy is so easy !
    When I found out about the Big Easy, I about flipped. A oil less deep frying, that was my biggest compliant was the messy oil. So, I used my sister and brother-in-law as my guinea pigs and bought them one for Christmas and we used it right then. My brother-law is a hunter and had plenty of game on hand. We cooked up some pork rump or butt, I forget the cut. We seasoned them babies up with some Cajun and those were some of best pork oh man. I had to go get myself a Big Easy, been cooking up ... read more chickens, ribs, hens, duck everything is awesome. Go get yourself a Big Easy and no more oil to clean or mess with.

    Great product!
    I purchased the oil less about a year ago and I use it for everything. (Chicken, turkey, kabobs, even salmon!!) One thing I do want to point out is that "frying" a turkey does take a little longer than advertised, but it probably because my turkey weighed more than 16 lbs. (About 18 lbs) Other than the longer wait, the turkey was juicy, moist, and put everyone to sleep! I would recommend injecting the turkey or brining it to make even moister. A great investment for the price!

    Some Good Cook'n
    I bought the Big Easy infrared turkey fryer for Thanksgiving 2013. I did a comparison with two turkeys, one with the oil fryer and one infrared. Results were almost identical except without all the oil saturating the turkey. I ended up buying all the accessories to cook other meats. Kabobs, whole chickens, chicken drum sticks (salt and pepper only), spare ribs, baby back ribs, corned beef, pork roast, pork loins (boneless), and beef roast. Results are excellent with a crispy outside and juicy ... read more inside. Only thing I cook on the gas or charcoal grill now are steaks. Definitely got my moneys worth on this grill.
