Can I put a temperature guage on the big easy smoker/roaster?     Model #14101550

Asked by: Kobalt
No. We do recommend doing any modifications to the design of the unit. When using the Big Easy we recommend cooking the food until is reaches the correct USDA internal temperature needed.

I have a Char-broil H2O smoker. I need to replace the thermometer. What model thermometer should I order?

Asked by: Tony113
Please provide us with the model number for your H2O Smoker and we will be able to locate the thermometer that best fits. This model number should be on the rating label, on the back towards the bottom of the grill, and also on the front cover of the product guide. The model number normally begins with 46.
