My temperature gauges appear to no longer be working. When I set the temperature control to a lower temperature, the temperature continues to stay on the highest temperature possible. Could both gauges be defective? If so, is this a common occurrence?

I need a emitter and temp gauge for a model 463246910. What part numbers do I order
Each temperature gauge in your grill is model # G516-0008-W1. Each TRU-Infrared emitter tray is model # 3488898. Both of these parts can be ordered from the Char-Broil website.

Hi, good afternoon, I own a Char-Broil Commercial True Infrared and the G527-0012-W1 - Grate-Level Temperature Gauge, do not work anymore, I change it in april and new it does not work again. Please let me know what is happening with it?
Sometimes, the mercury inside of the temperature gauges gets stuck and will not move. You can troubleshoot this issue by placing the temperature gauge into a cup of ice and letting it sit for approximately 15 minutes. Once you have done this, place the gauge back inside of the grill and test to see if it works. I own a Charbroil "QUANTUM".Both temperature gauges do not function. How do I remove them and replace them?
The temperature gauge will be able to be slightly pushed up and pulled out for replacement.
